Registration Categories
CNCC 2026 offers three registration categories to meet different participation needs:
If you wish to give an oral or poster presentation without having your full paper published in the conference proceedings, you may register as a Presenter. Presenters must submit the presentation title and abstract before the registration deadline. The submission will be reviewed by the organizing committee, and upon approval, you will be granted the presentation opportunity.

If you wish to have your full paper published in the conference proceedings, you must submit a complete manuscript as an author. All submissions will undergo peer review, and registration is allowed only after your paper has been accepted.
Authors of full papers are required to complete registration only after receiving the acceptance letter. No payment is required during the initial submission stage.
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and payment before the registration deadline; otherwise, the paper will not be scheduled for presentation nor included in the proceedings.

CNCC 2026 brings together renowned experts and researchers from related fields worldwide, offering an excellent platform to explore cutting-edge developments and engage in academic exchange. Scholars, students, and professionals who wish to attend the conference without giving a presentation or publishing a paper are welcome to register as Listeners. Listeners must complete the online registration form and payment before the registration deadline.

Note: Accompanying persons (guests) are subject to the same registration fee as Listeners and are not entitled to conference materials or proceedings (which may be purchased separately if desired).

Notes:
Full‑paper authors must register after receiving the acceptance letter. Do not make any payment during the initial submission.
Each regular full‑paper registration covers 7 pages. Any additional pages (starting from page 8) will incur an extra‑page fee.
The registration fee does not include accommodation, visa application fees, transportation, or any personal expenses.
1.Registration and payment sequence: Full‑paper authors may register and pay only after receiving the acceptance letter; do not pay during the initial submission. Presenters and Listeners may register at any time before the registration deadline.
2.Representative registration for each paper: At least one author per accepted paper must register under the “Full Paper” category. If multiple authors of the same paper wish to attend, all except the first author must register as Listeners (with the corresponding fee).
3.Registration deadline and paper inclusion: All registrations (including payment) must be completed by the specified registration deadline. Accepted papers whose authors fail to register by the deadline will not be scheduled for presentation and will not be included in the proceedings.
4.Invoice and confirmation: After successful registration and payment, the organizing committee will send an electronic registration confirmation and an electronic VAT invoice (or pro‑forma invoice) within 5 working days. Please contact us by email（aoagpublish@outlook.com） if you do not receive them in time.
All refund requests must be submitted formally by email. For cancellations due to personal reasons, the refund policy is as follows:

After the conference | No refund |
Any bank charges incurred during the refund process shall be borne entirely by the participant.

Organizer’s Statement:
The organizing committee reserves the right to change the conference date, venue, or format due to force majeure events. Registered authors are obliged to comply with and cooperate with the committee’s decisions. Participants should take good care of their personal belongings during the conference; the organizing committee shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage of property.
