Publication Information
After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Peer‑Review Process
CNCC 2026 adopts a rigorous single‑blind peer‑review process (reviewers know the authors’ identities, but authors do not know the reviewers) to ensure scholarly integrity.
Step Description
① After submission, the editor performs a format and plagiarism check (using Turnitin or iThenticate).
② Once the initial screening is passed, the manuscript is assigned to 2–3 domain experts for independent review.
③ Review focuses on originality, technical depth, logical completeness, academic merit, and language quality.
④ Review comments are returned → the editor makes an integrated assessment → a decision (revision, acceptance, or rejection) is issued.
⑤ Authors must respond to reviewer comments point‑by‑point and submit a revised manuscript.
⑥ The revised manuscript is re‑evaluated by the reviewers, and the final acceptance decision is made by the Program Committee Chair.
Overall turnaround: From submission to final decision, the typical period is 2–3 days (excluding author revision time).
Requirements for Publication
Registration Requirement
1.At least one author of each accepted paper must complete full registration (not listener registration).
2.Each registration is valid for only one paper. Failure to complete registration will result in the paper not being included in the publication process.
Presentation Requirement
1.The paper must be presented by one of the authors (either orally or as a poster) at the conference.
2.If an author is unable to attend due to force majeure, prior approval from the Technical Program Committee must be obtained, and a qualified co‑author or substitute presenter may present the paper.
3.Any paper not presented without prior approval will be withdrawn from the proceedings.
Academic Ethics and Originality
1.All submissions must report original, unpublished research results (theoretical or experimental).
2.Dual submissions (simultaneously submitting the same work to another conference or journal) are strictly prohibited.
3.Plagiarism, ghostwriting, and data fabrication are completely unacceptable. Any violation will lead to immediate rejection, notification to the author’s institution, and inclusion in the conference blacklist.
4.Submission implies consent to similarity checking (similarity rate not exceeding 30%, with no single‑source citation exceeding 10%).
